We will always welcome a private personal appointment at a location of your choice, whether it is here at our head office or somewhere where you will feel more comfortable. We know that people can get rather nervous when they are speaking to a private detective and that the first contact can be a big step, this is why we provide a friendly, supportive and compassionate service. We won’t ever rush you and we will always let the client be in control of the pace, then, after a detailed explanation of exactly what it is we do, we can determine the best and most appropriate route to take. If it is simply a trace or status report that you require, you can do it through our on line Trace application or alternatively we can proceed with your requests by e mail, fax or even by a hand written letter.
